摘要
以盐酸水热处理方法制备了一系列脱铝丝光沸石催化剂, 测定了其表面酸度和酸强度分布; 考察了α-蒎烯与脂肪醇的烷氧基化反应中催化剂表面酸性、脂肪醇分子性质的影响规律; 确定了催化剂的适宜酸强度范围, 探讨了催化剂内、外表面酸中心对反应活性的贡献. 结果表明,催化剂表面酸度与酸强度显著地影响其活性与选择性, 对α-蒎烯烷氧基化反应的适宜催化剂酸强度为- 8.2≤H 0 ≤- 3.0; 脂肪醇分子几何尺寸对该反应的产物分布有明显影响; 脱铝丝光沸石催化剂对该反应具有一定的产物分子择形作用.
Dealuminized H\|mordenites were prepared from Na\|mordenite by treatment with hydrochloric acid and calcination in air. The acidity and acid strength distribution of the samples were measured by Hammett indicator method. Effects of surface acidic properties of the dealuminized H\|mordenites catalysts, properties of alcohol used to the alkoxylation of α\|pinene were investigated. Suitable acid strength of the catalyst for this reaction was determined. The experimental results indicate that catalytic activity and selectivity of dealuminized H\|mordenite in the alkoxylation of α\|pinene was strongly affected by the acidic properties of catalyst and the properties of alcohol used. Suitable acid strength of catalyst for the reaction is -8.2≤H 0≤-3.0. Shape selection of the product molecules was also found in these reactions.
