摘要
采用颈椎前路多椎节开槽式减压术治疗脊髓型颈椎病13例,其中切除2个椎间盘者8例,切除3个椎间盘者5例,行自体髂骨融合术者6例,行带胸锁乳突肌蒂肌骨瓣移植者3例,不植骨单纯减压者4例,均取得优良的效果。
Thirteen cases of cervical spondylotic myelopathy were treated with anterior multi-vertebral trough decompression from May 1986 to September 1989. A total of 31 intervertebral spaces were explored in these 13 cases. Intervertebral fusion with autogenous lilac bone was performed on 6 cases. Clavicular bone grafting with sternocleidomastoideus muscle pedicle were performed on 3 cases and decompression alone without bony grafting, on 4 cases. All the cases revealed satisfactory results. This method made the procedure safe, bleeding and adequate decompression. No spinal nerve injury or other complications occurred.
