摘要
目前,具有鲜明民族特色和地域特色的蒙古族医药处于消亡危险境地,而运用知识产权制度、加强行政导向和管理人才培养,对蒙医药的知识产权保护、深入挖掘其内在价值具有重大意义。本文以甘肃肃北蒙医药为切入点,进而尝试对我国蒙医药资源的状况及知识产权保护问题进行探析。
Mongolian medicine which has exterminated national characteristics and region characteristic is in danger.But according to wield knowledge property order such as patent,brand,commerce secret and reinforce relevance administration guiding and culturing managing talented person,intellectual property rights carries out rational protection on now available mongoloid tradition medicine,and goes deep into the inherent value.All of them have great significance.Based on the analysis of the Mongolian medicine in Subei,the paper analyses and puts forward relevant countermeasures on the traditional medicine development situation and problems of intellectual property protection.
