3 .3 m UGI造气炉吹风气的放空是中氮肥企业煤耗高的原因之一, 总结2 .3 m UGI造气吹风气回收的经验和不足, 确定3.3 m UGI造气炉吹风气回收的方案; 提出了提高蒸汽品位, 使蒸汽分级利用, 驱动汽轮机发电的综合能量利用思路, 并对项目进行了经济评估。
Purge of blow off gas is one of main causes of high consumption of coal in middle nitrogenous plant. A schema to recover the blow off gas fro Φ 3.3m UGI gasifier, which is based on the experience of Φ 2.4 m UGI gasifier, is put forward including following items:raising steam grade, using steam to drive turbine and in individual grade, etc. Economical evaluationis also given.
