摘要
目的提高对以甲状腺腺叶内小结节为表现的隐匿性甲状腺癌的诊断及治疗水平。方法分析21例以彩色多普勒超声检查提示甲状腺腺叶内小结节,同时结节内血流丰富、阻力指数增高及伴钙化患者的临床特点、术中及术后处理方法。结果患者经相应的检查及积极的手术治疗后均取得良好效果。结论通过了解以甲状腺腺叶内小结节为主要表现的隐匿性甲状腺癌患者的术前检查特点,术中及时正确的诊断及处理,术后适当的相关处理,均可提高隐匿甲性状腺癌的确诊率及取得良好效果。
Objective To improve diagnosis and treatment level of occult thyroid carcinoma with small nodules in thyroid gland. Methods The clinical features, preoperative and postoperative treatment method of 21 cases was analysed, whose color doppler ultrasound examination showed small nodules with rich blood, resistance index and calcinosis in thyroid gland. Results Patients has achieved good results after corresponding inspection and positive surgical treatment. Conclusion It can improve diagnose rate of occult thyroid carcinoma and obtain good results by understanding characteristics of occult thyroid carcinoma with small nodules in thyroid gland, intraoperative correct diagnosis and treatment timely, and postoperative related treatment properly.
