十一酸睾酮对肛提肌骨骼肌卫星细胞雄激素受体的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过体外雄激素对骨骼肌卫星细胞影响的研究,为女性盆底功能障碍性疾病治疗提供新的思路。方法通过不同浓度雄激素对原代培养的骨骼肌卫星细胞的作用,测定细胞的数量和细胞所表达雄激素受体的含量。结果女性生理范围内,随着雄激素浓度的升高,细胞数量增多、增值加快、雄激素受体表达水平呈逐渐升高趋势。结论女性正常生理范围内,雄激素促进骨骼肌卫星细胞增殖和雄激素受体的表达,为雄激素治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病的研究奠定了基础。 Objective Treats through in vitro androgen to the skeletal muscle satellite cell influence's research for the feminine trough bottom function barrier disease provides the new mentality. Methods Through the different density androgen to the original generation of raise's skeletal muscle satellite cell's function, determination cell's quantity and the cell expresses the androgen acceptor's content. Results In the feminine physiological scope, along with androgen density's elevation, cell quantity increases, the increment speeds up, the androgen acceptor expression level assumes elevates the tendency gradually. Conclusions In the feminine normal physiology scope, the androgen promotion'skelctal muscle satellite cell multiplication and the androgen acceptor's expression, has laid the foundation for the androgen treatment trough bottom function barrier disease's research.
