摘要
自动光学检测(AOI)越来越多地应用于PCB的质量检测。文章分析了AOI系统中的关键环节,包括:设计文件解码、光机平台、光源与光电成像、检测算法。讨论了AOI技术的发展趋势。一种基于图像亚像素检测和智能形状分析的AOI系统,给出了系统设计方案和关键处理流程,该系统可以满足高精密度PCB板的实时检测要求,达到较好的检测效果。
Automatic Optical Inspection technology has been widely applied to control the quality of PCB. The trend of AOI and the key technology is described.In this paper,a new real time AOI system and the inspection methods are presented,which base on sub-pixel and intelligence shape analysis technology.The outline of our new AOI system configurations and inspection methods are described.The result of this AOI system is satisfied.
