摘要
随着市场经济的发展,农村信息技术在新农村建设中显得越来越重要,提高农村信息化已经成为新时期政府提高执政能力、建设新农村的重要途径。从河北近几年开展农村信息化新模式的研究与应用上看,实现农村信息化无论是对解决"三农"问题,还是对信息产业的发展和信息化的进程都有着非常重要的意义。作者依托《农村科技传播新模式示范》子项目的研究结果,详细阐述了农村信息化技术在新农村建设中的作用和地位,分析了当前河北省新农村建设中农村信息化的现状及存在的问题,并就如何加强农村信息化建设提出了几点建议。
With the development of market economy,the rural information technology plays more and more important role in the new rural construction.Increasing the informationization has been the important way for government to improve the administrative abilities and build socialistic new countryside in the new period.The rural informationization has important significance not only in solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,but also in the development of information industry and the process of informationization.The role and position of rural informationization in new rural construction are introduced.The status and problems of rural informationization in Hebei Province are analyzed.Some suggestions of strengthening the rural informationization construction are put forward.
