摘要
报告了40例不吻合血管的岛状皮瓣或复合皮瓣转位修复组织缺损。急诊修复10例,择期修复30例。逆行岛状皮瓣29例,交腿岛状皮瓣4例。修复创面4×4～17×12cm。40例皮瓣全部成活。对修复适应症、修复方法选择、皮瓣或复合皮瓣选择、手术时机选择、受区准备和术中注意事项进行了讨论。
In this article, we have used nonanastomotic vascular island skin flap or composite tissue skin flap transposition for reconstruction of the soft tissue defects of arms and legs in 40 cases. Ten cases were repaired in emergency right after injury and the other 30 cases were repaired selectively later as usual.Reverse flap transposition was performed in 29 cases and across leg flap in 4 cases. The surface area varied from 4×4cm to 17×12cm. All of skin flaps and composite tissue skin flaps survived. Selection of operative methods, skin flap or composite tissue skin flap,time of operation and preparetion of recipicent area and major points for attention during operation had been discussed in this paper.
