摘要
以神府3#煤为原料,采用KOH-水蒸气活化法制备了煤基活性炭和氢气.考察了浸渍比、活化温度、活化时间对活性炭吸附性能和活化过程中氢气产量的影响,并对其活化机理进行了探讨.结果表明,活性炭碘值、亚甲基蓝值以及氢气产量受这些工艺参数影响很大,当浸渍比为0.5,活化温度为700℃,单元活化时间为10 min时,所制得的活性炭性能较好,碘值达到837 mg/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值达到431 mg/g,此时H2产量约33.1 mmol/g煤.
Activated carbons and hydrogen were prepared by KOH activation combined with steam activation from Shenfu 3^# coal. Effects of ratio of KOH to the coal, heat treatment temperature, activation time on activated carbons performance and hydrogen product were studied. Activation mechanism was also discussed. The results indicated that iodine number is 837 mg/g, methylene blue adsorption value is 430 mg/g with the activated carbon prepared at 700℃ for unit activation time 10 rain, with addition of KOH whose ratio to the coal is 0.5. Under the same condition, about 33.1 mmol for each gram of coal is released during the activation.
