摘要
目的制备口康宁颗粒,建立该制剂的质量标准。方法以水提醇沉工艺制备口康宁颗粒,采用薄层色谱法对黄芩、黄连进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷含量。结果口康宁颗粒的质量符合《中华人民共和国药典》的有关要求,所采用的薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法可对黄芩、黄连、黄芩苷进行准确的定性鉴别和含量测定。结论该制剂的制备方法可行,所建立的质量标准能有效地控制口康宁颗粒的质量。
Objective To prepare Koukangning Granules and establish its quality standards. Methods Koukangning Granules were prepared with the water extraction and alcohol precipitation technique. Radix scutellariae and Rhizoma coptidis were identificated by thin layer chromatography （TIC）, and the content of baicalin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Results The quality of Koukangning Granules could comply with the relevant requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The methods of TLC and HPLC could accurately identificated Radix scuteUariae and Rhizoma coptidis, and determined the content of baicalin. Conclusion The prepared method was feasible, and established standards can effectively control the quality of Koukangning Granule.
