摘要 为评价健康教育对防治儿童铅中毒的效果,将114名血铅(BPb)≥100μg/L的4~7岁儿童及其家长随机分为健康教育组(A组)和对照组(B组),对A组家长进行多种形式的健康教育,B组无任何干预措施。研究期为四个月。期初和期末对家长进行两次“儿童健康及行为问卷”调查。研究结束时所有儿童复测BPb一次。结果表明,首次问卷中A组家长知识水平正确率低于B组(P<001),余两项的正确率差异无显著性意义(P>005)。两组儿童第一次BPb平均水平分别为1678±931μg/L和1494±493μg/L,差异无统计学意义(P>010)。A组家长接受健康教育后答卷的正确率普遍提高,与首次相比,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<001)。同时,A组儿童BPb水平下降(P<0002)。B组家长两次答卷的正确率差异无显著性意义(P>005),该组儿童BPb水平亦无明显变化(P>05)。表明健康教育对防治儿童铅中毒是一种有效、廉价、可行的干预措施。 To estimate the effect of health education on preventing children lead poisoning,114 children,at the age from 4 to 7 with the blood lead level at or over 100 μg/L,were randomly divided into two groups,health education group(A group)and the control group(B group).Health education in several forms were applied to the parents in group A while no intervention measures were taken to group B.The investigation“children health and behaviour quiz”was held among the parents at the beginning and the end of this 4 months'research.The main questions in the quiz includes three aspects:knowledge level,attitude and health behaviour.The correctness rate of the answer in each group was calculated and the BPb level of each child was re-tested by the end of the research.At the beginning of the research,the marks of knowledge level of the parents in group A was lower than those in group B( P <0 01).As to the other two aspects,there were no significant difference( P >0 05).And the mean BPb level of the children in group A,B was 167 8±93 1 μg/L and 149 4±49 3 μg/L respevtively with no statistical meaning in the difference( P >0 10).After the health education,the marks of the quiz in group A increased overall and the diffierence was of great significance( P <0 01).Meanwhile,in group A,the BPb level of the children decreased( P <0 002).In group B,there was no significant difference between two results of the quiz( P >0 05)and the BPb level of the children changed very little( P >0 5).It indicates that health education is an effective,economic and feasible intervention measure to prevent children lead poisoning.
