摘要
对101名发生责任性行车事故与144名无事故的铁路行车人员进行数种心理测验调查,分析结果表明,事故者多具有某些方面的性格特征;14.7％(15/102)的事故者具有分裂型人格,40.6％(97/239)的行车人员存在着较明显的精神卫生问题。
The psychometry of 107 workers in the train crews who had traffic accidents due to negligence, civil liability, etc. and other 144 train workers who had not accident as controls were investigated with MMPI, 16FF and Y-G tests. The results showed that C, N, R,P_4, P_5 scores of accident group were significantly higher than those of non-accident group in Y-G test ( P<0.05 ); the E score of accident group was higher than that of non-accident group, while the Q_3 score of the former was lower than the latter(P<0.05);the MMPI revealed that 40.6% (97/239) among the samples presented psychic abnormalities: schizoid persorality 11.7% ( 28/239 ) and nervous tendency 28.9% (69/239) . This study discovered the close relationship between traffic accident and some personality characteristics. At the same time, the psychic abnormality of them was the potential threat against the traffic safety. Therefore, the authors proposed the corresponding measures to cope with the revealed factors.
