摘要
目的:探讨高龄胃肠道肿瘤患者术后并发症的护理对策。方法:对25例高龄胃肠道肿瘤术后患者进行回顾分析,术后根据病情进行专科护理外,还应严格控制血压、血糖和肺部感染,以及对心衰、冠心病等并发症的处理。结果:25例中术后出现并发症的6例,其中肺部感染2例,合并心衰1例,合并心梗1例切口感染1例,胸腔积液1例,25例达临床治愈标准出院。结论:对高龄胃肠道肿瘤患者做好术后并发症的精心护理,可提高手术成功率,降低死亡率,改善生活质量。
Objective： To evaluate the elderly post-operative complications in patients with gastrointestinal cancer care measures. Methods： 25 cases of elderly patients with gastrointestinal cancer patients were analyzed retrospectively, after the condition of patients to specialist care, we must also strict control of blood pressure, blood sugar and lung infections, as well as heart failure, coronary heart disease and other complications of treatment . Results： 25 cases in 6 cases of postoperative complications, including pulmonary infection in 2 cases, combined heart failure in 1 case, wound infection in 1 case combined myocardial infarction in 1 case, pleural effusion in 1 case, 25 cases reached clinical cure standard discharged from hospital. Conclusion： elderly patients with gastrointestinal cancer post-operative complications do the meticulous care, can improve the success rate of surgery to reduce mortality and improve quality of life.
