摘要
目的 探讨高胰岛素血症(HI)与内皮素(ET)的关系及其对脑梗死发病的影响。方法 对41例脑梗死患者进行了空腹血糖(BS)、血浆胰岛素(INS)、ET水平测定,观察了脑梗死患者的红细胞膜Na+ -K+ ATP酶,Ca2+ -Mg2+ ATP酶活性,并与26 例健康人对照。结果 脑梗死组INS、ET 水平明显高于对照组,并且INS与ET的水平呈直线相关。两者均与红细胞膜Na+ -K+ ATP酶和Ca2+ -Mg2+ ATP酶活性呈负相关。结论 HI和ET不仅参与脑梗死的发生和发展。
Objective To explore the relationships between hyperinsulinemia(HI) and endothelin(ET) and their effect on the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction. Methods Fasting glucose, plasma insulin and ET were measured in 41 cases with cerebral infarction, the activities of Na + K + ATP ase and Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATP ase in erythrocyte membrane were detected in these patients, and were compared with that of 26 healthy subjects. Results The levels of plasma insulin and ET were significantly higher in cerebral infarction group than in control. There was a linear correlation between plasma insulin and ET. They were negative correlation with the activities of Na + K + ATP ase and Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATP ase. Conclusion HI and ET weren't only involved in the pathogenesis and development of cerebral infarction but also had synergetic effect.
