摘要
当前信访稳定形势依然不容乐观,从基层群众信访反映的问题看,基层信访问题主要集中在农村土地问题、宅基地问题、农村干部经济作风问题、涉法涉诉案件引发的信访问题、企业改制重组、工资拖欠等待遇及权益问题等等,要将大量重点疑难信访问题解决在基层和萌芽状态,需发挥基层党组织的重要作用。为此,应积极探索基层党组织建设的新路子、新模式,保持信访和社会的稳定,为经济社会发展提供坚强的组织保证。
Situation of letters and visits seems not to be optimistic currently.On the problems of grass root level letters and visits,the main problems focused on countryside land and house sites and cadre economic reforms,involving lawsuit and case,business reformation and reorganization,defaults salary and treatment problem.A lot of letters and visits problem solving at the grass-roots level and in the bud,it＇s should put the grass-roots party organizations in countryside into the functions of kernel play.We must look for new ways to build the grass-roots party organizations,maintain letters and visits and society stability,provide organization guarantee and service for the development of the economic society.
