摘要
目的 探讨胃癌组织中ｒａｓｐ２１ 、ｐ５３ 和ＰＣＮＡ 的表达及其相关性。方法 采用免疫组化方法检测５７ 例胃癌组织中ｒａｓｐ２１ 、ｐ５３ 和ＰＣＮＡ 的表达。结果 胃癌组织中ｒａｓｐ２１ 、ｐ５３ 、和ＰＣＮＡ 阳性率分别为５４－４ ％ 、５７－８ ％ 和６４－８ ％ 。ｒａｓｐ２１ 的表达与胃癌的病理类型有关，高分化腺癌阳性率最高；ｐ５３ 和ＰＣＮＡ 的表达与胃癌的病理类型无关。结论 胃癌组织中ｒａｓｐ２１和ｐ５３ 的表达与ＰＣＮＡ 的表达呈协同性。
Objective\ To study the expressions and relations of rasp21,p53 and PCNA in the tissues of gastric carcinoma.Methods\ Immunohistochemical staining was applied to detect the expressions of rasp21,p53 and PCNA in 57 cases of gastric carcinoma.Results\ The positive rates of rasp21,p53 and PCNA in gastric carcinoma were 54.4%,57.8% and 64.8% respectively.The expression of rasp21 correlated with pathologic types of gastric carcinoma.The positive rate was the highest in highly differentiated gastric acinar carcinoma.The expressions of p53 and PCNA were not relative with pathologic types.Conclusion\ The expressions of rasp21 and p53 were with the expression of PCNA in gastric carcinoma.
