摘要
目的 探索放疗并用５ － Ｆｕ 增敏对治疗中晚期食道癌疗效的影响。方法 对食道癌患者进行前瞻性随机分组研究，均采用钴－ ６０ 机或加速器６ ＭＶ 的Ｘ 线常规三野放射，总剂量６０ － ７０ Ｇｙ 。放疗并口服组，放疗同时服用１３９ － ３ 至放疗结束；放疗并静脉滴注组，每周１ 次持续２４ｈ 静脉滴注５ － Ｆｕ１ ．０ｇ 至放疗结束。结果 并用５ － Ｆｕ 组放疗３６ － ４０ Ｇｙ 及放疗６０ － ７０Ｇｙ 的肿瘤消退显效率与单纯放疗组比较，有显著性差异。ｌａ 生存率并用５ － Ｆｕ 组与单纯放疗组比较也有显著性差异。而持续静脉滴注５ － Ｆｕ 组近期疗效优于口服１３９ － ３组。结论 放疗并用５ － Ｆｕ 持续静脉滴注治疗中晚期食道癌可以提高疗效。
Objective\ To assess the efficacy of radiotherapy combined with 5-Fu in treating advanced esophageal cancer.Methods\ 80 patients of esophageal cancer were divided randomly into three groups:RT group (n=40) treated with radiotherapy alone;IVD group (n=20) treated with radiotherapy and continuously infused 5-Fu;PO group (n=20) treated with radiotherapy and orally 5-Fu(139-3).Results\ The markedy effective rate of IVD group were 45%(when radiotherapy finished 36-40Gy)and 70%(when radiotherapy finished 60-70Gy) respectively,Which was much high than RT group,the latter were 20% and 47.5% respectively (P<0.05).The 1-year survival rate in IVD group and RT group were 67.5% and 42.5% respectively.The difference between two group was also significant.The effects of IVD group were also better than the PO group (P<0.05).Conclusions\ Combining radiotherapy and continuously infused 5-Fu can improved the treatment effect for advanced esophegeal cancer.
