摘要
目的 研究内镜下行高频电凝电切术对大肠息肉的疗效。方法 采用单纯圈套摘除术、热活检钳烧灼术、圈套摘除术或息肉分块切除术加热活检钳烧灼术等方法进行对比。结果 除８ 例术后中小量出血外无穿孔等其他并发症，５ 颗息肉术后病理诊断局灶区癌变。结论 大肠息肉应切除，术前术后应送病检，局灶区癌变息肉应追加外科手术，内镜下电切术并发症少。
Objective\ To study the curative effect by electric knife through colonoscope on colorectal polyp.Methods A total 138 cases with colorectal polyps were removed through colonscope extraction of simplex snare、cautery of diathermic forceps、and piecemal polypectomy Results\ Of 138 colorectal polyps,5 case of colorectal malignant polyps were histologically identified.The complication were few,There were 8 cases with minor or moderate bleeding,but the perforation had not occured.Conclusion\ Colorectal polyps is to be extirpate and confirmed with pathology before and after colonoscopic polypectomy,the malignant transformation of colorectalpolyps should be referr to surgery resection,Complication of electric knife through colonoscope were little.
