摘要
目的:观察慢性心力衰竭(心衰)时左心室心肌组织超微结构的改变,探讨慢性心衰的结构基础。方法:收集心衰末期心脏移植患者及健康捐赠者的左心室心肌组织样品,通过透射电子显微镜,比较它们的超微结构,并测量其横管及线粒体的形态指标。结果:与正常左心室心肌组织的超薄切片比较,心衰患者左心室心肌组织中肌丝排列发生错位和紊乱,横管周长及面积增大、密度减少,线粒体面积减少、圆形度增加,多量糖原聚集在线粒体和肌丝周围。结论:慢性心衰时左心室心肌超微结构的这些改变是心肌细胞的收缩效能下降及能量供应障碍的结构基础。
Objective:To observe the chronic heart faiure(CHF) left ventricular myocardial ultra-structural changes,and investigate the structural basis of chronic heart failure.Methods:Left ventricular tissue samples from patients received heart transplantation with heart failure,and healthy donors were examined by transmission electron microscope to compare their ultra-structure difference.And the horizontal tube and mito-chondrial morphology indicators were measured.Results:Compared with normal left ventricular myocardium ultra-thin sections,left ventricle samples from the patients with heart failure showed myofilament dislocation and disorder,horizontal tube perimeter and area increased and the density decreased,mitochondrial area decreased,the circular degree of increased,large amounts of glycogen accumulation in the mitochondria and the surrounding filaments.Conclusion:Left ventricular myocardial ultrastructure changes of the heart failure samples is the construction base of the contractile efficiency decline and the energy supply obstacles.
