摘要
婴儿湿疹是儿童常见的皮肤疾病，具有皮疹、瘙瘁、反复发作等临床特点，更严重的是大约半数以上的湿疹患儿日后发展成其它过敏性疾病。目前尚无疗效确切的药物能预防婴儿湿疹的发生和发展，而中医治疗本病有其特色，因人施治，内外兼顾。本文从婴儿湿疹的发病率、病因病机、内治、外治等方面进行阐述。
Infant eczema is a common skin disease of children, with rash, itching, recurrent and other clinical features, more serious is about more than half of children with eczema develop to be other allergic diseases in the future. There is no curative effect of drugs can prevent the occurrence and development of infant eczema and TCM treatment of the disease has its own characteristics, treating according to person, both within and outside. The articl elaborate the incidence of infantile eczema, pathogenesis, internal governance, external governance and other aspects described.
