摘要
目的寻求对腰椎间盘突出症更容易显效的非手术疗法。方法将我院疼痛科2008年6月至2008年12月诊治的129例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为镇痛液联合复方当归注射液治疗组(A组)65例,镇痛液治疗组(B组)64例,均进行腰大肌肌间沟神经阻滞治疗。结果两组患者在治疗1疗程时及1年期随访结果显示A组疗效优于B组。结论腰大肌肌间沟神经阻滞术联合应用复方当归注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种无痛苦、疗效可靠、安全易行的治疗方法,值得在临床上推广。
Objective For lumbar disc herniation easier for non-surgical therapy markedly.Methods Pain in our hospital Division from June 2008 to December 2008 129 cases of diagnosis and treatment of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the joint compound analgesic angelica liquid injection treatment group（A group） 65 cases,Analgesic solution treatment group（B group） 64 cases,The psoas major muscle were interscalene nerve block therapy.Results Two groups of patients in the treatment of a course of treatment and 1-year follow-up results show more effective than B Group A Group.Conclusion Groove between the psoas muscle surgery combined nerve block compound Angelica injection treatment of lumbar disc disease is a painless,effective,reliable,secure and easy method of treatment,it is worth in clinical practice.
