摘要
强调社会工作多媒体教学中视频素材的使用,是提高社会工作多媒体教学效果的应有之义,是对社会工作专业学生进行专业素养训练的便捷途径。在社会工作多媒体教学中使用视频素材时,要综合考虑社会工作专业的培养目标、课程目标,作为受众的社会工作专业学生的特点及视频素材本身的特点等多个方面,做到对视频素材合理、有效的使用。此外,还要注意以下的问题:教师要做到处处留心,注意广泛搜集素材,建立丰富的视频素材库;要充分挖掘所使用视频素材中有价值的教学因素;要注意视频素材的使用方式;在使用自制视频素材时,要注意一些伦理方面的问题。同时也要做到与其它教学方法的恰当结合。
Emphasis on the usage of video material in the multimedia teaching of Social Work is the fight way to improve the effectiveness of the multimedia teaching of Social Work and the convenient way to train the students of Social Work. When using video materials in the multimedia teaching of Social Work, it is necessary to take all -factors into consideration, which contain lots of aspects, ＂such as the training objects of the faculty, the coupe objects of the faculty, the features of the students of Social Work and the features of the video material itself, after that, the rational and effective use of the video material could be achieved. Also, we should pay attention to the following questions： teacher should look for the materials all around and gather them to build an extensive material library; teacher should tap deep to find the valuable elements for teaching in the used video materials; teacher also should pay attention to the way of using video materials; when using of homemade materials, ethical issues should be taken note of. Teaching need be done with the right mix of other teaching methods as while.
