摘要
山西煤炭行业生产的主要问题来自于政策制定频繁、缺乏延续性,内部管理不完善,科技研发水平不足,节能环保力度有待提高等。就当前而言,山西煤炭行业实现低碳生产的困难主要体现在政策、管理和技术这三个方面,要解决这些困难就要求政府、企业、科研机构、社会组织的通力合作,而只有这样才能使山西的煤炭行业真正尽快走上低碳生产之路。
The problems of Shanxi coal industry production mainly come from the frequently-made policies,the lack of continuity,imperfect internal management,not advanced scientific and technological research and insufficient efforts to improve energy saving.Difficulties of Shanxi coal industry are mainly found in three aspects including policy,management and technology.The government,enterprises,research institutions and social organizations need to work together to solve these problems.Only in this way can the low-carbon production be implemented as soon as possible in Shanxi province.
