摘要
"形势与政策"课程师资队伍建设是"形势与政策"课程建设的重要内容,也是事关高校"形势与政策"教育教学效果的一大关键,加强"形势与政策"课程师资队伍建设,从教育主管部门和高校自身来说,必须要提高思想认识,理顺管理体制,健全组织机构,优化队伍结构,拓宽培训渠道,提高教师待遇和增加经费投入等。
The construction of teachers＇ team is an important content for curriculum construction of＂The Situation and Policy＂, which is also a key factor to the＂Situation and Policy＂education in colleges.So for strengthening the team construction,from the education authority and the leaders of colleges,it is necessary to improve the ideological understanding,straighten the management system, perfect the organization,optimize the team construction,broaden the training channels,improve the teachers＇ salary,and increase the input of funds,etc.
