依那普利联合卡维地洛治疗老年慢性心衰的临床观察 被引量：8

摘要 目的:讨论老年慢性心衰的治疗中,依那普利联合卡维地洛的疗效及药物的安全性。方法:老年慢性心衰患者74例,随机分为治疗组36例,对照组38例。对照组应用心力衰竭常规治疗方案(包含依那普利)治疗1年,治疗组以心力衰竭常规治疗方案(包含依那普利)联合应用卡维地洛治疗1年。结果:治疗组心功能改善,左心室舒张末径减小、射血分数增加较大,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依那普利联合卡维地洛治疗老年慢性心力衰竭安全、有效。
