摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2007年8月～2009年5月收治的120例支气管患者的临床资料,随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),两组患者在急性期均应用西医对症治疗,治疗组患者在缓解期加用中医药综合疗法,连续治疗3个月,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者显效41例,有效17例,无效2例,总有效率96.67%,对照组患者显效36例,有效15例,无效9例,总有效率85%,治疗组患者疗效优予对照组患者,两组患者疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:支气管哮喘患者在急性期应用西医治疗,缓解期应用中医治疗,能明显缓解患者的不适症状,疗效满意,值得在临床推广。
Objective：To discuss the effect of the treatment of bronchial asthma with traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine.Methods：To select the clinical data of 120 cases of bronchial asthmaour who were cured in our hospital during August 2007 and May 2009.Those patients were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases）.Two groups of patients are applied with acute symptomatic treatment of Western medicine.Remission in patients with the treatment group was added in combination therapy of Chinese medicine,lasting for 3 months.Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results：Treatment group,41 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were more effective,2 cases were invalid,total effective rate was 96.67%.Control group,36 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were more effective,9 eases were invalid,total effective rate was 85%.Treatment group were more effective than the control group.The difference between the two groups were statistically significant effects （P〈0.05）.Coneluslon：Bronchial asthma patients in the acute phase were treated with Western medicine.Ease of application of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine can relieve the symptoms of patients.The effect of treatment is satisfying.lt is worth promotion in clinic.
