摘要
将95Al2O3 瓷排蜡工艺改进为半排蜡工艺 ,其排蜡最高温度为200℃ ,排蜡后的坯体含蜡4 %~5 % ,从而保证了坯体有足够的强度 ,在清灰、素烧装钵过程中不致破碎或损坏。采用半排蜡工艺 ,大大降低了排蜡温度 ,在节约能源。
The highest temperature of wax removal is 200℃and the wax content of body is 4%~5%after the wax removal techique is replaced by the semi-wax removal technique,which make the body have enough strength unable to carck and damage during the course of biscuit loading. The applied semi-wax removal technique can greatly reduce the wax removal temperature and have obvious results in energy conservation and lessening production cost.
