摘要
对现有弧齿锥齿轮和准双曲面齿轮齿面接触分析理论中一些不足之处作了改进和补充,例如,给出切齿啮合瞬时传动比和角加速度的精确计算公式,补充了求接触迹线方向角和传动比的导数的计算公式。对齿面的理论接触区和齿的边缘接触进行了理论分析,利用笔者研制成的软件进行实例计算,计算机输出的图形与切齿试验得到的接触区基本相同。本软件不仅可用于切齿调整的计算机辅助分析,而且可用于齿面接触区移动规律的计算机辅助分析。文中还给出了应用实例。
Some improvements and complements to the available theory of tooth contact analysis for spiral bevel and hypoid gears are introduced. For example,the exact calculation formulae,the instantaneous generating ratio,and the generating angular acceleration,are provided.The expres- sions for calculating direction angle of contact trace and derivative of transmission ratio are complemented.Determination of theoretical contact pattern and tooth edge contact analysis are presented.Run through the cal- culation software package developed by authors,the diagram output by com- puter hardwares closely coincides with the contact pattern observed on a testing machine.The package is used not only for computer aided analysis of machine-setting-calculation but also for analyzing the moving rule of tooth contact pattern.Some application examples are given.
