摘要
普通外科老年患者因其生理性衰老因素，往往会合并多个系统的疾病，因而手术的风险相对较高，并发症也比较多，对于护理也提出了更高的要求。所以，制定出健全完善的护理管理措施，是确保老年普外科病人顺利走出围手术期，恢复健康的重要保障，同时也是提高普外科手术成功率与减少并发症的关键环节。本文从术前护理和术后护理等两个方面对普外科老年手术患者护理工作进行了初步探讨。
