摘要
目的：探讨低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：将80例新近发生的不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组40例和观察组40例，对照组给予常规抗心绞痛药物治疗，治疗组在此基础上再给予低分子肝素治疗。观察并比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组有效率为95．0％；对照组有效率为75．O％。两组疗效比较，差异有显著统计学意义。结论：低分子肝素用于不稳定型心绞痛效果满意，安全，值得推广。
Objective： To explore therapeutic effectivenness of low molecular weinght heparin in treatment of unstable angina pectoffs. Methods： 80 patients with recent unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group （40 cases） and treatment group （40 eases）. The control group was applied for the routine counteract unstable angina pectoris method, low molecular weinght hepaffn was added to treatment group, and then compared the effectivenness of them. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 95.0% and 75.0%. Comparing the results of the two groups, there was a evident difference between the groups. Conclusions： Low molecular weinght heparin is efficient and safe in the treatment of unstable an^na pectoris.lt is worthy to be popularized.
