摘要
目的：分析肝胆外科护理工作中影响护理质量的原因，探讨更好的护理方法。方法：分析回顾以往的临床护理资料，用循证护理的方法寻求原因，解决问题，找出护理对策。结果：护理工作非常满意，得到病人认可，解决了一直以来肝胆外科中的护理问题。尤其是T型管的护理问题，找到了良好的解决对策，取得满意的效果。结论：用循证护理的方法，解决肝胆外科的护理问题，准确有效，值得临床推广。
