摘要
疱疹病毒（Herpesvirus，HV）可侵犯人体多种组织，引起皮肤、粘膜、淋巴、生殖系统、神经系统或肝，肺等脏器感染。临床常见且危害比较大的有生殖器疱疹、带状疱疹、单纯疱疹、汗疱疹。本文按照新药研发的一般程序，从天然药物抗hv的作用机理、药物活性筛选、体外实验、动物模型和临床治疗研究等方面综述了天然药物抗HV的研究进展。
HV can encroach tissues of human body and provoke infections in skin,mucosae,lymph,genital system ,nervous system,liver and lung. Genital herpes,herpes zoster,herpes simplex and pompholyx are common symptoms and of more dangerous in clinic. In this article, the literatures concerning of natural pruducls in anti-herpes virus were reviewed and summarized into categories of anti-herpes virus of mechanism, medicine activity screening, natural products in vitro, animal model ,clinical therapy according to the sequence of drug discovey and development.
