摘要
目的：分析我院住院患者抗菌药物使用的基本情况及存在的问题。方法：随机抽查2009年出院病历7432份，对其中抗茵药物使用情况进行分析，并将抗茵药物使用率及病原学送检率与2008年做了对比分析。结果：我院2009年抗菌药物使用率为78．31％，病原学送检率为35．36％，在用药适应证、药物选择、用法、围手术期用药、联合用药存在诸多不合理现象。结论：我院抗茵药物使用率高、病原学送检率低，用药不合理情况比较普遍，须加大培训和管理力度。
Objective：To analyze hospital use of antibiotics in patients with the basic situation and problems.Methods： A random check of medical records 7432 were discharged in 2009, on which analysis of antimicrobial drug use, and usage of antimicrobial agents and pathogenic submis- sion rate was compared with the 2008 analysis. Results： The hospital use of antibiotics in 2009 was 78.31%, 35.36% rate of pathogenic censorship in drug indications, drug selection, usage, perioperative medication, combination therapy, there are many irrational phenomenon. Conclusion： The high use of antibiotics in our hospital, etiology submission rate is low, the situation is more widespread irrational drug use, should increase the training and management efforts.
