摘要
目的：探讨吐根中醚溶性生物碱的提取方法。方法：采用正交实验法，以吐根中醚溶性生物碱的提取率为评价指标，考察提取工艺。结果：吐根中醚溶性生物碱的最佳提取条件为粉碎为10目，提取2次，每次12倍90％乙醇提取1小时。结论：该方法能充分有效的提取醚溶性生物碱，可作为吐根药材提取醚溶性生物碱的优选工艺。
Objective：To explore the technology in extraction of Ipecac. Methods：Experiment was designed by orthogonal design,taking the recovery rate of ether-soluble alkaloid as the observing indexes to investigate the extraction process. Resuh：The optimal decocting condition was as follow：Ipecac be crushed to 10 mesh, adding 12-fold 90% ethyl alcohol and hot reflux tow time per one hour. Conclusion：The optimal technique used in our investigation can thoroughly extract the ether-soluble alkaloid from Ipecac.
