神经介入治疗常见的并发症及处理 被引量：9

摘要 目的:总结分析神经介入治疗常见的并发症及处理。方法:对近4年在我科诊断并采用血管内神经介入治疗的患者共计95例的临床资料进行总结,并就所出现的并发症及处理方法进行分析。结果:本组患者中并发症发生率为13.7%(13/95),危及生命的1例,占1.0%(1/95)。结论:只要严格遵守操作规程、熟练掌握神经解剖学、病理生理学、血流动力学及神经影像学,熟练掌握各种疾病的介入治疗技术,正确掌握手术适应证,及时妥当处理并发症,神经介入治疗的效果就能明显提高。
