摘要
目的探讨男性不育患者与Y染色体无精子症因子(AZF)微缺失的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应技术对原发无精子症与少精子症患者Y染色体上AZF基因(STS)上的3个位点SY84、SY127、SY254及ZFX/ZFY基因进行检测。结果 45例无精子症与少精子症患者中共检出Y染色体微缺失9例,缺失率为20.0%。其中28例无精症患者中发现6例(21.43%),17例少精症患者中发现3例(17.65%)。结论 AZF缺失是原发无精子症和少精子症引起男性不育的重要遗传学原因之一。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between Y chromosome azoospermia factor(AZF) microdeletion and male infertility. Methods The three sites including SY84,SY127,SY254 and ZFX/ZFY regions of Y chromosome in 45 cases of idiopathic azoospermia and oligozoospermia were detected by STS-PCR. Results Microdeletions were detected in 20.0%(9/45) infertile men with idiopathic azoospermia or oligozoo spermia.Which 6 cases(21.43%) were found in 28 azoospermic patients and 3 cases(17.65%) were found in 17 oligozoospermic patients. Conclusions The microdeletion of AZF is a major genetics cause of idiopathic azoospermia and oligozoospermia leading to male infertility.
