饲料中添加EM制剂对鸡舍空气中NH_3和CO_2含量的影响 被引量:4

EFFECT OF FEED ADDED WITH EM PREPARATIION ON THE CONTTENT OF NH_3 AND CO_2 IN HENHUSE

摘要 EM制剂能提高蛋鸡生产性能,降低舍内有害气体的产生,改善饲养环境。本试验选用28周龄的新罗曼鸡300只,随机分为三个组即试验1组、试验2组和对照组。将EM饲料按100g基础日粮+1gEM原液+1g红糖+35g水的比例混匀密封发酵,将发酵好的饲料按不同的比例(25%和50%)添加到饲料中。试验结果表明,应用EM有效微生物处理饲料可以明显降低鸡舍内有害气体含量。其中,CO2含量试验组比对照组降低11.1%,NH3含量试验组比对照组降低26.2%,效果较明显。 Production performance can be improved by EM, and EM can also reduce content of harmful gases , improve the farming environment. 300 28-week old hens were randomly selected and divided into control, treatment 1 and treatment 2 groups: control group fed with basal diet, treatment groups with the basal diet supplemented with different EM .fermenting feed levels at the dosage of 25%, 50%, respectively, and EM fermenting feed was fermented according to the proportion of 100 g basal diet +1 gEM preparation+1 g brown sugar+35 g water for 7 days . The results showed that application of EM can significantly reduce the concentration of harmful gases within the chicken house. CO2 content of the experimental group decreased by 11.1% than that of the control group , NH3 content of the experimental group decreased by 26.2% than the control group, the effect is more apparent.
