摘要
目的探讨在常规治疗的基础上辅以护理干预方法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发下呼吸道真菌感染的临床疗效。方法选取139例入院<48 h痰真菌培养均为阴性的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,随机分为对照组69例和观察组70例;对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予护理干预;记录两组患者的临床疗效、热消退时间、咳痰缓解时间、肺部啰音消失时间及痰菌转阴时间。结果对照组总有效率为85.6%,观察组患者总有效率为95.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组临床症状缓解时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗的基础上辅以护理干预的方法可加快患者康复,效果较为满意。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of nursing on the basis of routine management in COPD combined with lower respiratory tract fungous infection.METHODS A total of 139 cases were randomly assigned to control group and observation group.69 cases of control group were treated with routine treatment.70 cases of observation group were treated with the intervention nursing on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical effect,time to bring down a fever,the time of ease phlegm,lung rale decreasing and sputum negative conversion were recorded.RESULTS The total efficacy rate of the control group was 85.6%,while 95.7% in the observation group.Difference between the two group was statistically significant（P0.05）.In the observation group,the time of clinical symptom relief was obviously shortened compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The nursing on the basis of routine management can accelerate the rehabilitation,and the effects are very satisfied.
