摘要
目的：观察体外循环手术对红细胞变形能力的影响。方法：采用核孔滤筛法测定心脏手术病人体外循环中红细胞变形能力（Ｒｅｄ ＣｅｌｌＤｅｆｏｒｍ ａｂｉｌｉｔｙ，ＲＣＤ）的变化。结果： 在术前病人ＲＣＤ就己降低（Ｐ＜ ０．０１），体外循环中ＲＣＤ进一步下降，在体外循环结束时ＲＣＤ明显低于术前水平（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。结论：心脏手术病人术前慢性心功能不全是术前ＲＣＤ降低的主要原因，体外循环中ＲＣＤ下降是由于包括机械接触、内环境改变和多种有害物质增多等多因素所致。
Objective:To study the changs of the red cell deformability(RCD) under cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods:RCD were performed using the nuclepore frilter in preoperation,5 min.and the end of bypass.Results:Preoperative RCD was found decreased significantly( P <0.01).RCD was found decreased significantly after 5 min.of bypass and at the end of bypass( P <0.05).Conclusion:Decreased RCD may result from chronic heart failure before bypass and many factors including the machine contact、changs of internal circumstance increased numerous harmful material and others during bypass.
