干旱胁迫对山葡萄光合作用及光响应特性的影响 被引量:11

摘要 采用盆栽试验研究了干旱胁迫对"左山一"和"双丰"山葡萄当年生扦插苗光合作用及光响应特性的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫能显著降低山葡萄的最大净光合速率(Pnmax)、光饱和点(LSP)和表观量子效率(AQY),而光补偿点(LCP)和暗呼吸速率(Rd)得到显著提高。无论在正常供水还是各种干旱胁迫处理情况下,净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(E)和气孔导度(Gs)都随光强增加呈逐渐上升的趋势,而后趋于平缓,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)随光强的增加呈下降趋势而后趋于平缓;与CK相比,各梯度干旱处理的山葡萄Pn、E和Gs值均低于CK,Ci随干旱胁迫程度的加重先降低后升高。因此认为,山葡萄对干旱胁迫敏感,生产中在山葡萄的生长季节要保证充分灌水。 Two varieties of Vitis amurensis annual stock shoot 'Zuoshanyi' and 'Shuangfeng' were cultivated in a pot experiment to investigate the photosynthetic parameters under drought stress.The results showed that under drought stress the value of maximum net photosynthetic rates(Pnmax),apparent quantum yields(AQY),light saturation points(LSP) increased and light compensation points(LCP),dark respiration rates(Rd)decreased significantly.Under normal and unnormal water supply condition net photosynthetic rates(Pn),transpiration rate(E),stomatal conductance(Gs) raised and the intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) reduced with the gradually inceasing photosynthetic affecting radiation(PAR),then the curve tend to be gentle.Compared with CK,Pn,E,Gs raised evidently,and Ci first but eventually reducing the cumulative along with the deepening drought stress level.We think Vitis amurensis was sensitive to drought and it was possible to enough irrigation in growth season in production.
