摘要
为明确影响企业知识流动的因素,促进知识流动,受流体力学中达西定律的启示,建立知识流影响因素的数学模型,确定知识流受到知识粘性、组织渗透性、知识流动范围、组织距离、外在压力等因素的影响,并分析其对知识流的影响效果。以此为基础,构建促进知识流动的动力模型,分析驱动力对影响因素的作用机制及模型的应用前景。
In order to clarify the factors affecting knowledge flow and facilitate the flow of knowledge, enlightened from Darcy' s law in Fluid Mechanics, the paper builds a mathematical model of factors of knowledge flow, determines five factors including knowledge stickiness, organizational permeability, scope, distance, pressure, and analyzes their effects. On this basis, the dynamic model of knowledge flow is constructed to analyze the mechanism that driving forces play on factors and its prospect.
