On Technical Things in Phenomenological Philosophy of Technology

摘要现象学技术哲学应当坚持现象学的基本原则——朝向实事本身,但"技术实事"并不能简单地被当做具体的"技术物品"来看待;"技术实事"之所以被当做"技术物品"看待,原因在于人们对于意向性的理解不同;对意向性的不同理解则有更深层次的原因,即混淆了存在论和存在者两个不同的概念。 Towards things themselves according principle of phenomenology,by analyzing on three basic concepts,technical thing,intentionality and being in phenomenology,we propose that technical things may include artifacts,but not vise verse.The reason for artifacts always being regarded as technical thing is that there are many different understandings about intentionality.And deeply there also is the cause for those understandings,which is the confusion on two key concepts,ontologie and seiende.
