原发性胆汁性肝硬化的免疫学特点及治疗进展 被引量：2

摘要 原发性胆汁性肝硬化(PBC)是一种自身免疫性疾病。一般认为抗线粒体抗体(AMA)及其亚型AMA-M2对PBC检测有一定的特异性,但还存在着一定比例的阴性患者。目前GP210抗体、SP100也被认为是PBC的特异性抗体,但阳性率低。由于PBC要通过病理才能明确诊断,特别是在许多基层医院误诊较多,本文分析了PBC的免疫特点以及常见的误诊原因,可以对该病的诊断提供一定的帮助。
