摘要
目的评价激光治疗在玻璃体切割(PPV)治疗玻璃体积血的作用。方法回顾分析2008年1月至2009年1月62眼行PPV治疗的玻璃体积血患者的临床资料。结果 62眼PPV治疗的玻璃体积血患者,17眼为视网膜血管性疾病,15眼行激光术中或术后治疗,术后视力提高显效12眼,有效4眼,有效率为94.1%(16/17);39例为眼球穿孔伤,有19眼术中术后行激光治疗,术后视力提高显效22眼,有效12眼,有效率为87.2%(34/39);其他6眼中3眼术中行激光治疗,术后视力提高显效4眼,有效1眼,有效率为83.3%(5/6)。本组病例视力提高的总有效率为88.7%(55/62),术中术后行激光治疗者37眼,占总人数的59.7%(37/62)。结论激光治疗是玻璃体切割治疗玻璃体积血中非常重要的环节,尤其对于原发性视网膜血管疾病者,是必不可少的治疗手段之一。
Objective To evaluate the role of laser treatment in vitrectomy for vitreous hemorrhage.Methods 62 patients with vitreous hemorrhage who underwent vitrectomy from January 2008 to January 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 62 patients,17 cases were retinal vascular disease,and 15 cases underwent laser treatment in or after the operation.The visual acuity（VA） was improved apparently in 12 eyes,and better in 4 eyes,the effective rate was 94.1%（16/17）;39 cases with ocular penetrating injury,19 eyes underwent laser treatment both in and after the operation,the VA was improved apparently after operation in 22 eyes,and better in 12 eyes,the effective rate was 87.2%（34/39）;Among the other 6 patients,3 cases underwent laser treatment in the operation,the VA was improved in 4 eyes,and better in 1 eye,the effctive rate was 83.3%（5/6）.The total effctive rate was 88.7%（55/62） in this group.37（59.7%） cases underwent laser treatment in and/or after the operation.Conclusion Laser treatment is a very important link in vitrectomy for vitreous hemorrhage,especially for those with primary retinal vascular disease.
