摘要
目的探讨低位直肠癌保肛手术的临床意义。方法对2005年1月至2009年12月在我科治疗的距肛缘7cm以下、行保留肛门括约肌功能的直肠癌根治术的病人进行回顾性分析。结果所有病人无手术死亡,术后吻合口漏2例,6个月～1年吻合口癌肿复发2例,远期发生吻合口轻度狭窄无梗阻5例。结论严格掌握手术适应证,规范TME操作,行低位直肠癌保肛手术,既能起到癌症根治作用,又能提高患者生活质量。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of anus-preserving operation for the patient with low rectal carcinoma.Methods 40 cases with rectal carcinomas within 7 cm to anus treated with anal sphincter preserving radical resection from Jan 2005 to Dec 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results There was no post-operative death case.2 out of 40 had anastomotic stoma fistulas and 2 were found recurrence 6 months to 1 year after operation.Slightly stoma stenosis without obstruction happened in 5 cases in long-term follow-up.Conclusion Strictly controlling the indications of the operation and following the standard TME can ensure the success of rectal carcinoma anus-preserving radical resection and improvement of the living quality of the patients.
