摘要
无锡芦村污水处理厂在提标改造过程中,突破以往污水处理厂自控系统采用关系数据库存储数据的传统模式,采用北京亚控科技发展有限公司的工业数据库软件KingHistorian3.0,融合了现场通信技术、数据库技术、SCADA/HMI技术和C/S技术。实践证明,采用工业数据库软件处理污水处理厂的工艺数据和设备运行数据,对污水处理厂的工艺过程监控、生产工艺管理、设备维护、降低运营成本起到了至关重要的作用。
In the upgrading and retrofitting of Wuxi Lucun Wastewater Treatment Plant, the industrial database software KingHistorian 3.0 developed by Wellintech Co. Ltd. was adopted instead of the traditional mode of using relational database for automatic control system of wastewater treatment plant. It integrates multiple technologies including field communication, database, SCADA/HMI and C/S. It is proven that using industrial database software for processing production data and device data for wastewater treatment plant plays a crucial role in process monitoring and control, production management, equipment maintenance and reduction of operation cost.
