摘要
研究了涤纶三异丝的结构、性能及生产,从异收缩原理、超喂、空气压力、纺丝速度等方面对三异丝的生产进行了探讨。FDY 与DTY 混纤是三异丝生产的关键工艺,采用最简化的丝路,灵活的上丝方式和不同于常规产品的合网方式可生产出品质优良的涤纶三异丝。
The structure, properties and production of 3\|difference PET yarn were studied. The production was discussed in the aspects of the shrinkage principle, over\|feed, air pressure, spinning speed,etc. The blending of FDY and DTY is the crucial stage of the production. The high\|quality 3\|difference PET yarn can be obtained by adopting the simplest yarn path, flexible feeding method and special doubling method.
