摘要
采用气相色谱法,以邻苯二甲酸二戊酯作为内标物,使用3%OV-101填充柱和FID检测器对氰烯菌酯进行分离和定量。分析结果表明,氰烯菌酯的线性相关系数为0.999,标准偏差为0.23,变异系数为0.23%,平均回收率为99.68%。
Using gas chromatography,making diamyl phthalate as internal standard,the phenamacril was separated and quantitated by 3% OV-101 packed column and FID detector.Analysis results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of phenamacril was 0.999,the standard deviation was 0.23,coefficient of variation was 0.23%,and the average recovery rate was 99.68%.
