摘要
建立一种采用高效液相色谱法测定对氯苯氧乙酸的定量分析方法,选用甲醇+水作流动相,RP-18色谱柱,检测波长254 nm,外标法定量。本方法的回收率在98.6%～102.3%,标准偏差0.198,变异系数1.83%。对氯苯氧乙酸得到较好分离,操作简便、实用,定量分析结果准确、稳定。
The chromatographic column was packed with RP-18,and applied the methanol and water as mobile phase,the 4-CPA was determined by HPLC.The detecion wave length was at 254 nm,the standard deviation was 0.198,the variation coefficients was 1.83%,and the recovery was between 98.6% and 102.3 %.
